Just like a trusty cowboy needs his gear to fit just right, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Western treasures. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right faster than a mustang at full gallop.

Return & Exchange Basics

  • Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks and jewelry that has been worn
  • Original proof of purchase: Required for all returns

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Wranglers: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery
  2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond faster than a stagecoach with return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our frontier outpost at:

  5. Track Your Package: We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error
  • Exchanges: Customer pays shipping both ways unless exchanging for a different size of the same item

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Western treasure arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll saddle up to make it right – including covering return shipping costs.

International Returns

For our global partners (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please note:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
