We saddle up and process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Includes tracking and insurance
2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions.
International Shipping
For our global partners, please note:
- Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery times may be longer for international destinations

Return & Exchange Basics
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks and jewelry that has been worn
- Original proof of purchase: Required for all returns
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our Wranglers: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond faster than a stagecoach with return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging

Return Shipping Costs
- Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error
- Exchanges: Customer pays shipping both ways unless exchanging for a different size of the same item

- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Western treasure arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll saddle up to make it right – including covering return shipping costs.
